Local Manufacturing Company: Premier Technology, Inc. is Highlighted by Titan’s of CNC
BLACKFOOT, Idaho - January, 23, 2020. Local manufacturing company, Premier Technology, Inc. has recently been highlighted by internet sensation and industry Legend: Titan of CNC.
Titan of CNC visited Premier Technology, to record an episode for their hit Youtube Channel. Titan of CNC, started as a machine shop in Northern California focused on making parts for aerospace, and has transitioned into a massive reality TV series, as well as a world-first CNC educational platform recognized and utilized by a global network of engineers, machinists, hobbyists, students, and educators.
The episode spotlights Premier’s efficient manufacturing processes. Titan joins Chief Business Officer Doug Sayer on a tour of the company’s facility. Recently Premier added 65,000 square feet to their framework. This new square footage houses, ultra efficient Trumpf lasers and the tallest storage system in North America (STOPA).
This new equipment significantly increases the speed in which material moves through Premier’s manufacturing process. Systematically using technology to improve: cutting speed, accuracy, and increasing part and component out-put. Utilization of these tools, has expanded Premier’s capacity, reduced errors, and increased production rates.
Although the episode is mostly technical, it also has sprinkles of motivational insight from both Titan Gilroy and Chief Business Officer Doug Sayer.
