Education expansion continues in Eastern Idaho

Construction is moving forward on a new campus for Alturas Academy in Rigby. The new Alturas Academy North location is expected to open this fall and will serve up to 660 students in grades K through 8 from Jefferson, Madison, and Bonneville counties.

The campus will include two buildings designed with collaborative learning spaces and a “Maker’s Space” that supports hands on learning and student teamwork, helping prepare students with skills needed for the modern workforce.
