A fast-growing, Shark Tank-backed brand is expanding right here in Eastern Idaho. Crispy Cones is opening a new location in Pocatello, bringing its signature pastry cone desserts to the Gate City.
Originally founded by a Rexburg-based husband-and-wife team, the business gained national attention after securing a deal with investor Barbara Corcoran. Since then, it has continued to grow, with new locations and a strong following across the country.
The Pocatello location will officially open on March 20, serving fresh, made-to-order pastry cones filled with soft serve, spreads, and customizable toppings.
Beyond the desserts, this expansion represents meaningful local impact. The new location has already hired around 20 employees, contributing to job creation and continued economic activity in the region.
Stories like this show that Eastern Idaho is a place where ideas can start, grow, and succeed on a national stage. This is another example of a homegrown Idaho business scaling up and reinvesting back into Eastern Idaho.
