📌 Idaho Falls has been ranked No. 2 Best-Performing Small City in the nation in the 2026 Milken Institute Best-Performing Cities Report, which evaluates economic performance using metrics like job growth, wage growth, housing affordability, and broader economic opportunity. This recognition reflects sustained economic strength and resilience in Idaho Falls.
📌 Pocatello also ranks among the top small cities nationally, earning a No. 5 spot in the same Milken Institute Best-Performing Cities Index, highlighting strong community performance and continued progress.
