U of I to host 58th annual Idaho Potato Conference in Pocatello

Idaho’s potato industry continues to lead the nation, and the 58th annual Idaho Potato Conference is an important event for growers, researchers, and industry leaders. Taking place January 21–22, 2026, in Pocatello, this two-day conference highlights innovation, best practices, and the latest research supporting one of Idaho’s key industries.

Sessions will cover water management, pest control, soil health, storage optimization, and new developments in potato varieties. Attendees can also earn Certified Crop Advisor and pesticide recertification credits while connecting with over 70 trade show exhibitors.
