In 2020, REDI rolled out a new employment program - Eastern Idaho Roots. The goal of this new program is two-fold: 1) to provide a central job posting site where employers across Eastern Idaho can promptly post open job opportunities and connect with job seekers pursuing employment in Eastern Idaho, and 2) where employees can quickly search for open employment and career opportunities in Eastern Idaho.

Eastern Idaho Roots Program was established to not only help employers recruit and retain a highly skilled workforce, but it’s also a great outreach program to recruit those desiring to come back to Eastern Idaho, opportunities to seek and gain successful employment.
